We’re still grinding skis like crazy. We’ve finished about 500 pairs so far this season, and have already started getting reports from Muonio where the Craftsbury team is skiing on wet, nasty saved snow from last season. We’ve got a big pile of skis with delivery deadlines coming up in the next few weeks. As always, we welcome your business and beg your patience and understanding! Our turn-around time right now is several weeks.
We’re using a new excel-based work order form that is adapted from the Team workorder form that I built last year at BNS. All skis and services get entered on one form. Discounts and totals are calculated by the spreadsheet. Download it, give it a shot, and let us know if you have questions. We have upload a new version of the work order spreadsheet (with new, improved, more expensive return shipping calculations) as of November 2.

For those of you who are excel-challenged we have a PDF version of the workorder. It’s not nearly as cool – it doesn’t do all the calculations and discounting automatically. But it should be pretty universal.
